How can we help?
Frequently asked
How do clients pay freelancers?
Orders are created on the platform with a fixed price and delivery date. Payment collection runs outside the platform for now — agree on the method in chat before the work starts, and always confirm the scope in writing.
Who can leave a rating?
Only a client whose order reached the COMPLETED state can leave a rating. That is why every star on WorkHub maps to real, delivered work.
What is XP and why does it matter?
XP measures delivery, responsiveness and client satisfaction. It sets your level, your tier and your position on the season leaderboard, which affects how often clients see your services.
Can I both sell and hire?
Yes. Publishing your first service upgrades your account to a freelancer account automatically, and you keep full access to the client side.
What happens if a delivery is late?
Late deliveries reduce your on-time rate, which feeds your performance radar and rank. If something goes wrong, talk to the client early — cancellations hurt less than silence.
Trust & safety
- Keep the conversation on-platform so there is a record of the agreed scope.
- Never share passwords, OTPs or banking credentials in chat.
- Report a service or a user from the profile page — moderators review the queue daily.
Sound & imagery
- UI sounds (check-in, level up, order complete) are off by default. Toggle them with the speaker icon in the header — the preference is stored on your device.
- Category artwork comes from Unsplash (free for commercial use). Upload your own cover when you publish a service and it replaces the stock photo.
Terms in short
- You own your work and your client relationships. We host the marketplace.
- Ratings and XP cannot be bought — they are derived from completed orders only.
- Abusive behaviour, fake reviews or off-platform scams lead to account suspension.
